We’re delighted to announce that following a review of over 1000 of the late Queen’s Patronages, His Majesty King Charles III will retain the Patronage of Industrial Cadets.
Julie Feest, Chief Executive EDT explained, “We are so proud to have the support of His Majesty King Charles III alongside our HRH Ambassadors too. Our vision is to ensure Industrial Cadets is in every school, to reach 250,000 Industrial Cadets Experiences in 2024 and to inspire 1 million young people to embrace jobs in industry by 2035. We believe that with our hard work, determination and alongside the recognition that this Royal Patronage provides, we will achieve our ambitious goal.”
Patron of Industrial Cadets: HM King Charles III previously commented, "It is hugely encouraging, that so many young people have become Industrial Cadets. It's clear to me that the rapid pace of change in the way that our industry is operating is bringing a host of new challenges and opportunities, not only in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics, but also of course in the creative arts."
