Young people graduating at the Platinum Level will follow a programme defined by the activities breakdown for a placement year with an employer. The programme components, skills and competency framework illustrate the employability skills, personal learning and thinking skills acquired by each individual young person at this level and are compatible with professional Institutions' CPD frameworks.
