Celebrating Recognition for Our Chief Executive

We are delighted to share that our CEO, Julie Feest has been awarded an OBE (Office of the Order of the British Empire) by His Majesty The King, in the New Year 2026 Honours List.

This recognition is for Services to Young People and celebrates Julie’s outstanding commitment to improving opportunities for young people and her leadership in championing employer engagement, social mobility, and meaningful connections between education and the world of work.

Under her leadership, EDT and Industrial Cadets has grown its reach and impact, supporting young people across the UK to better understand and access future opportunities.

Julie commented:
