"Since joining the company on his Year in Industry, Josh has become a valued, trusted and reliable member of the GRREC (Glasgow Recycling and Renewable Energy Centre) Engineering team, contributing significantly to numerous projects and embracing the company value “We Rise to the Challenge”. Josh’s efforts have been recognised company wide, and he was nominated for an internal Emerging Talent award at the annual Viridor award ceremony (VIVA Awards) which is a first for a Year In Industry Student. Josh has undertaken multiple projects which have provided significant benefits for the business, even supporting at additional sites to gain further experience. Josh has excelled over the past 11months and I’m confident that he will go on to have an extremely successful engineering career, hopefully within Viridor, where he would be welcomed back if he chose to return."
