Projects
Projects designed to accelerate young peoples interest in STE(A)M and prepare them for the real working world.
Young people will have the opportunity to engage first hand with mentors from industry and solve a real life challenges faced by industry.
Our projects take place throughout the academic year and are led by industry experts to help young people develop important life skills and gain a better understanding of STEM. Our projects are applied for by the teacher and were previously known as Engineering Education Scheme (EES) and Go4SET.

Students will participate in careers webinars, online STEM activities and masterclasses and conduct research to complete their project. They will have the opportunity to virtually tour the workplaces of industry partners and ask questions direct through inspiring sessions with STEM professionals. These fantastic and uniquely created projects are designed to accelerate young peoples personal growth and preparing them for the real working world.

Industrial Cadets Accreditation
The work and outcomes produced from the project will contribute to the students achieving an Industrial Cadets award. This nationally recognised award demonstrates a unique insight into industry, a quality experience and progression. Students can build their Industrial Cadets portfolio with the various levels and showcase their achievements to educators and potential employers.
