We are looking for a Human Resources intern that it would like to give exposure to the workplace to, as well as benefiting from the enthusiasm and new ideas that you will bring.
Our employees are hard-working, smart, goal-oriented and creative, and we are looking for an intern who possess the same qualities to train to gain valuable skills, and add value to our business. The intern hired for this position will be able hands on and you will get involved in the running of the HR function, and how HR adds value to the business. You will get involved with all manner of HR throughout the employee life cycle. Everything from recruitment, induction, succession planning, disciplinary, HR data, grievances, training… the list goes on!
Applicants should be looking to move into a the HR function for their future career, and have excellent abilities in MS Office. They should possess strong analytic and statistic skills, and have the ability to work independently. Must be self-motivated and have great time management as well as bags of enthusiasm.
