The role is to support the Organisational Capability Team, of the wider People & Organisation function, Key focus areas for the team are in Talent & Performance, Learning & Skill Development and Leadership Development.



Undergraduate currently studying for a degree related to Human Resource Management/Business Management / International Business etc.


Activities and Responsibilities


  • Support the Organisational Capability Team with administration, logistics, data analysis, planning and implementation of a range of projects across leadership, learning and talent.
  • Support in the delivery of training programmes across the company, ensuring that all delegate information is received by the business, appropriate schedules are created for delivery and stakeholders are engaged in all activities.
  • Support the administration of the companies Further Education process, ensuring that all application paperwork is received for each request and all contractual paperwork is issued.  Work with Learning Consultants to ensure adequate budget is allocated and manage invoices from education providers.
  • Support the delivery of Trainee Training Programmes, identifying and resourcing training delivered by internal Technical Training team and business stakeholders, creating an overall training plan for 2024.
  • Co-ordinate and complete requests for data or insight across OC projects or business as usual processes providing timely and accurate analysis. 
  • Support the gathering, analysis, presentation, and management of data and reports for our group and local talent management processes.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the nominations of leaders and individuals for leadership development programmes or events to ensure we meet individual and organisational development needs.
  • Support the implementation and management of Learning projects to ensure the company deliver projects on time and to defined learning objectives / outcomes.
  • Participate in the review, maintenance and development of all Organisational Capability content on the People Portal to enable an engaging colleague experience.


Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • MS Office - In particular Teams, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Awareness or experience of business practices
  • Good understanding of HR Practices with a keen interest in organisational learning and development
