Key Aims & Objectives

      Manage the internal R&D projects with support from the Senior Engineer

      Manage defined project scope to required quality, budget and programme

      Deliver agreed scope, on time and to budget

      Provide support to the commercial team on nuclear tenders

      Develop excellent working relationships with the team, customers and suppliers

      Maintain company and project health and safety, quality and environmental requirements

 

Responsibilities & Duties

      To work on the internal R&D projects with support from the Senior Engineer (YINI mentor)

      Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers and suppliers

      Attend customer offices, installation sites, supplier offices as required

      Ensure consistent high quality in preparation of documentation

      ADHOC duties as required

 

Skills & Qualifications

      Studying a degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Electrical

      Excellent written and spoken English skills

      Excellent communication skills

      Problem solving and analytical skills

      Proficient in computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project

      Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

      Structured, concise and methodical

      Smart appearance and able to interface at all levels within the organisation including customers, suppliers and colleagues
