Who you are
We are looking for Year in Industry students who want to get a better understanding of the commercial or operational side of our civil engineering and rail businesses by being on the frontline and getting involved in delivering projects on the ground.
All students will need a full UK driving licence and be competent and safe drivers.
As we work towards becoming a major infrastructure provider, our teams must be
flexible, dynamic and want to do a great day’s work in a safe manner.
How you’ll benefit from your year
We’re dedicated to supporting, guiding and advising talented people who strive to do their best, ask questions when they don’t understand and get stuck in as part of the team.
Depending on workload, our plan is to move you around the business approximately every three
months, so you get a broad experience of the various parts of the industry.
During your time with us you’ll complete several projects, alongside your daily tasks to give you
experience in managing and helping to improve your team’s performance.
