We are delighted to announce The Lloyd’s Register Educational Trust is sponsoring The Year in Industry and the 2012 Contribution to the Business Awards.
The Lloyd’s Register Educational Trust (The LRET) is an independent charity working to achieve advances in transportation, science, engineering and technology education, training and research worldwide for the benefit of all. We’d like to extend our thanks to The Lloyds Register Educational Trust for their generous support.
The YINI Contribution to the Business Awards is a great opportunity for students to showcase their placement projects.
Through a short presentation to a panel of experts, you’ll demonstrate the difference you’ve made to your company and your learning outcomes.
The difference could be in financial savings, more efficient work practices, environmental enterprise or improved customer relations such as eliminating 40% of customer complaints or reducing a 12 hour process to four minutes.
We encourage all students to apply and regional heats take place throughout the summer (your YINI regional office will supply details). The winners of each regional final will be invited to attend the National YINI Contribution to the Business Awards that takes place at a top London business venue in September.
