Routes into STEM Students

Our innovative 3 day local (non-residential) courses are focused on helping you understand all career opportunities available to you and how to access them. 

The course allows you to engage with a college, a university and a company. These delivery partners have put together an interesting agenda to showcase STEM courses, apprenticeships, degrees and careers, giving you an opportunity to get ahead in.

Who can apply?

Students in Year 9 & 10 who live in the surrounding course location areas and are interested to know more about the rewarding and challenging careers Maths and Science subjects can lead to.

 

Bursaries

Due to limited sponsorship we are only able to grant 1 full bursary or 2 half bursaries per course*. If you would like to apply for a bursary please read the FAQs for more information about supporting evidence and complete the "Request For Financial Assistance" section when submitting your application form. 

 

Applications

Applications for academic year 2017/18 are now open. Please note that there are limited spaces on each course and therefore we operate a first come first served basis. APPLY QUICKLY to bookmark your place. If you are successful offers will be emailed to you and you will be provided with Attendance Instructions shortly before the course starts. 

 

Receiving an Offer

If you are successful in gaining a place on a Routes into STEM course, you will need to read the following documents as part of your acceptance and follow the payment instructions inlcuded in the offer.
